Another Mighty Oak has fallen with the passing of Ian Wood known to all as just Woodie. He was a member of the Club for over fifty years and was one of the leading lights and principle organisers in the building of our clubhouse in 1978.
He became very much involved a few years ago when the Club wished to extend the facilities and he was heavily involved in financing the project and ensuring that it was completed on time and to a high standard with Peter Hunt. Our thoughts and condolences are with Rosie his wife, his children Daniel, Georgina and Eleanor, his eight grandchildren and his sisters Kaye and Simone.

Service of Thanksgiving on April 13 2018 at 2:30pm at St Mary's Church, Kippington Road, Sevenoaks.
Dress: Some colour requested.
