Join the Mighty Oaks Under 5s in September 2026

Our Under 5s programme is the perfect introduction to rugby for children in Reception, providing a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where boys and girls can learn, play, and make new friends.

Through exciting games, challenges, and tag rugby activities, children develop their fundamental movement skills, confidence, teamwork, and love for sport – all while having lots of fun!

Led by friendly and supportive coaches, our sessions focus on participation, enjoyment, and creating positive first experiences of rugby. No previous experience is required, and new players are welcome throughout the season.

Whether your child is trying rugby for the first time or simply looking for an active and enjoyable weekend activity, we'd love to welcome them to the Mighty Oaks family.

Saturdays 9.30am till 10.30am at Knole Paddock, Plymouth Drive.
