YOUR MEMBERSHIP ENABLES US TO DELIVER RUGBY
Your continued support makes a difference right across the Club. Our 2025/26 membership fees have been kept at previous levels for Social and some other categories, and any increases are below 5%. We remain committed to keeping rugby accessible for all – if fees are a barrier to playing, please speak confidentially with your team manager or a committee member.
Your membership fees help us:
Strengthen and expand our Club and its facilities
Sustain our coaching programme and maintain high-quality medical cover across all teams
Grow women’s and girls’ rugby, including our new 2nd XV Women
Continue our outreach to schools and youth rugby development across Minis, Juniors and Academy.
For those interested in learning more about how we spend your membership fees, we have prepared an overview available here. As you will see the overall costs of developing and delivering rugby exceeds the membership income. Therefore, we highly value the sponsorship and donations that enable us to fulfil our mission. There is the opportunity to make a donation to the Club as part of the membership process and all donations are hugely appreciated. Thank you for being part of our community and supporting the future of rugby at Sevenoaks.
THE BENEFITS OF BECOMING AN OAK
At a fundamental level, you need to be a member to play rugby or enjoy our outstanding facilities at Sevenoaks Rugby Club, but being a member of the Club is so much more than that. As a member, you are supporting a local organisation to get people of all ages, ability and experience playing sport. Moments you share on the pitch, on the sidelines or in the Clubhouse are shared with like-minded people and are where you make friends for life. We like to think that Annual Membership is an investment in a journey through rugby with us - from Minis through to the Academy and beyond into Senior Rugby and Vets Rugby or Mixed Touch.
You will receive (or reactivate) a membership card entitling you to discounts at the Club bar and Club kitchen and you also receive a discount on programme entry to watch our 1st XV home matches and are entitled to join us for match day lunches. With a myriad of sponsors and commercial partners , members can also benefit from exclusive discounts and offers from some of our partners and connect with local business partners through our Business Directory .
For our Mini players there are 30+ sessions of rugby* a season with qualified coaches and all equipment provided and Youth players additionally receive midweek training. Academy players and Men’s Performance players also receive a stash pack and professional coaching as part of their membership.
