YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEES ENABLE US TO DELIVER RUGBY. TOP-UP DONATIONS TO THE CENTENARY FUND WILL SEED OUR FUTURE.
Your continued support makes a difference right across the Club. Our 2026/27 membership fees are kept at the same level as last season in all categories. We feel that this reflects the certainty and consistent value that we provide to all of our members.
We remain committed to keeping rugby accessible for all – if fees are a barrier to playing, please speak confidentially with your team manager or a committee member.
Your membership fees help us:
Strengthen and expand our Club and its facilities
Sustain our coaching programme and maintain high-quality medical cover across all teams
Grow women’s and girls’ rugby
Continue our expansive outreach to schools and youth rugby development across Minis, Juniors and Academy.
The overall costs of developing and delivering rugby exceeds our membership income. Therefore, the Centenary Fund (established in our 2025/26 Centenary season) will remain in place and continue to play a vital role in the 2026/27 season and in the future.
We are encouraging all new and previous members, where possible, to take the opportunity to make a donation to the Fund as part of the membership process. Donations play an invaluable role in maintaining the Club’s quality standards in the future. All donations to the Fund go straight to improving and maintaining the wide range of services provided by the Club.
We have also created a list of ‘frequently asked questions’ about Membership that you can find in the Membership FAQs section of the website.
Thank you for being part of our community and supporting the future of rugby at Sevenoaks.
THE BENEFITS OF BECOMING AN OAK
At a fundamental level, becoming an Oak is necessary in order to play rugby or enjoy our outstanding facilities at Sevenoaks Rugby Club, but being a member of the Club is so much more than that. As a member, you are supporting a local organisation to get people of all ages, ability and experience playing sport. Moments you share on the pitch, on the sidelines or in the Clubhouse are shared with like-minded people and are where you make friends for life. We like to think that Annual Membership is an investment in a journey through rugby with us - from Minis through to the Academy and beyond into Senior Rugby and Vets Rugby or Mixed Touch.
We offer a variety of memberships tailored to the needs of the wide range of groups which make up life at the Club. This includes men’s, women’s, all age groups from under 5s to seniors, parents, students, and social memberships, all contributing to the community of our One Club. We also include discounted memberships for additional members in the same family, which has been expanded so that spouses / partners can share in member benefits.
You will receive (or reactivate) a membership card entitling you to discounts at the Club bar and Club kitchen and you also receive a discount on programme entry to watch our 1st XV home matches and are entitled to join us for match day lunches. With a myriad of sponsors and commercial partners , members can also benefit from exclusive discounts and offers from some of our partners and connect with local business partners through our Business Directory.
For our Mini players there are 30+ sessions of rugby* a season with qualified coaches and all equipment provided and Youth players additionally receive midweek training. Academy players and Men’s Performance players also receive a stash pack and professional coaching as part of their membership.
*subject to weather conditions and other unforeseen factors. Additional costs for festival entry or match costs may apply.
