It was a clean sweep for the Mighty Oaks at the Fortress Paddock last weekend! In an absolute nail biter, the men in navy and gold snatched victory from the jaws of defeat with a 27-26 win over Westcombe Park.

It was a mammoth effort to come back from behind. In the final play of the game, in the 79th minute, Jacob Ivell - intercepted a Westcombe Park pass and ran the length of the pitch to take the score line to 25-26. The conversion by Ben Adams secured the first win of the season in our National League campaign with a final score of 27-26.
