It was a tough weekend for our senior sides, with three away losses, but plenty of positives to take away - including a solid win for the Acorns and some good performances across the board.

1XV | Esher 24-12 SRFC

Our 1XV travelled to Esher, and while the result didn’t go our way, it was a hard fought contest and a solid start to a landmark season for the Oaks. Harrison Chapman got the first try of the Centenary Season.

2XV | Dover 34-27 SRFC

A high scoring battle at Dover saw the 2XV take the win, with some good set pieces and effective plays the 2XV are off to a strong start.

3XV | Sheppey RFC 40-38 SRFC

The 3’s opened their season with a mix of fresh faces and seasoned 3’s players. With a strong performance, the season ahead looks exciting as they take on a new league after securing promotion last season.
