We had so much fun last year, we had to do it again!

Join us for our second Centenary Golf Day on Wednesday 24th June 2026, at Sweetwoods Golf Club.

Start your morning with a bacon bap and a cup of coffee, then take to the course for 18 holes of golf, and finish the day with a delicious buffet lunch among friends. It promises to be a day of great golf, good food and even better company!

Coaching CPD Session With George Flatman

Big thanks to our Head of Coach Education, George Flatman, for leading this weekend’s CPD session at Sevenoaks RFC! Coaches from across our Minis and Youth sections came together to look at how we can maximise child participation, use more game-based learning, and keep rugby fun for every player.

Director of Rugby, Adam Bowman, also spoke about what success looks like at mini and youth level, and shared with the coaches key ways we can look to achieve this.

Brilliant energy, open minds, and a real shared commitment to growing together as coaches and as a club!

Wagamama Player Of The Month - October

Congratulations to our Senior Men's and Women's wagamama Player of the Month, as voted for by their teammates!

Matt McRae wins the award this month for putting in some consistent performances throughout October. Particularly, his strong ball carrying, impact on both sides of the ball and his on pitch leadership has stood out. Congratulations Matt!🏉💪

Megan Johnston began playing rugby for the first time 6 weeks ago. She has a great attitude and brings a smile to each training session along with lots of enthusiasm and a thirst for knowledge. She has featured on the wing in two 1XV matches and has already become a solid player wanting to develop. Well done Megan!🏆👍

Members-Only Six Nation Ticket Ballot Now Open!

We are pleased to confirm we have received our full allocation of tickets for next year's Six Nations. The members-only ticket ballot is now open for members of Sevenoaks Rugby Football Club to enter.

Tickets can only be purchased in pairs, and we kindly ask that members apply for just one pair of tickets per game to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity. In the same spirit, if applying for more than one game, please note that if you are successful in the ballot for one match, you will only go into the ballot for the other game if it is undersubscribed.

To avoid disappointment, please ensure that your ticket applications are completed by 30th November 2025 at the latest.

Senior Player's Coach At Sunday's Mini & Youth Sessions

Last Sunday morning, a few of our senior men’s players joined our mini and youth age groups for a special coaching session - and what a fantastic morning it was!

Ethan, Ben, Ed, Matt, and Josh were all on hand to help run drills and share their experience with the younger players. The focus for the sessions was on key fundamentals that mirror the senior squad’s framework. There were lots of catch and pass drills to kick things off, followed by some great work on the attacking breakdown and team shape.

Big thanks to the senior players who were able to join us for these sessions, and we hope all the mini and youth groups had an informative and enjoyable morning of rugby!

A huge congratulations to our Senior Men’s and Women’s Wagamama’s Player of the Month for September, as voted for by their teammates!

Brayden Porteous wins the award for his outstanding work rate both sides of the ball. Brayden has had a large number of on pitch involvements in our September fixtures, including lots of huge carrying performances🤩

Scarlet Eden has moved up to the Senior Women’s team this season from the U18’s. She wins this award for being consistently focussed at training and always looking at how she can learn and improve. She was also drafted in off the bench last minute for her first match for the Women’s team, out of position, and played her socks off!💪🏉

New Club Stretcher!

We would like to express our sincere thanks to all members of the 1925 Club for their support in raising funds for a new club stretcher. 

At Sevenoaks RFC, we take great pride in the standard of medical care we offer across all age groups and teams. The wellbeing of our players is always a top priority. Having the right equipment in place is essential, and the new stretcher will further enhance the care our medical team can provide when it matters the most.
