We are excited to announce Mark Reay as the new Head of Academy Boys’ Rugby and Howard Packman as the new Academy Boys’ Head Coach. Mark and Howard will work together closely to continue driving the success and growth of our academy, both on and off the pitch. We are confident this new partnership will ensure our players are not only given the best possible training and development opportunities but also the support they need to thrive as individuals.

Mark Reay, who steps into the role of Head of Academy Boys’ Rugby, is a long-time member of Sevenoaks RFC and will bring a strong understanding of our club's values and culture. Mark will be responsible for driving and shaping the future direction of the boys' academy section, working closely with Howard to ensure continued success across the U16-U18 age groups.
