The race is on! Which group will be first to the South Pole? The Club is calling on all players in all groups, every year group, the Girls and the Academy, to see how prepared they are to put in a 30 minute session of exercise each Sunday for the coming weeks. Stay fit, stay well and stay ready for when rugby returns.

Any 30 minute walk, run, cardio, bike ride or whatever form of exercise you can do will count 5 miles (3 miles for the Academy) towards your group's endeavour. So if forty players in your group do a session this Sunday, you're 200 miles on your way... only 2,477 left to go!

You can submit your exercise by emailing your Head Coach or by clicking here.

Optional fundraising for local ambulance crews

In the summer the NHS Heroes Oaks shirt sales raised £500 for local ambulance crews South East Coast NHS Ambulance Trust, with huge thanks to those who bought one of these special shirts. The donation was gratefully received and went towards a wellbeing fund accessible for the crews. The option for parents/players is to donate a nominal amount, 50p or £1 say, for each session the players complete to this worthy cause.
