Job Title: Soft Play Cafe Manager

Location: Sevenoaks Rugby Club

Overview:

Sevenoaks Rugby Club is seeking a professional and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our prestigious Soft Play Café within the club premises.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for children and families, while also managing the cafe aspect of the facility.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the soft play area and cafe.

·       Prepare and serve - hot food, cakes & pastries, hot drinks, cold drinks.

·       Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and adheres to safety standards.

·       Provide exceptional customer service to parents, guardians, and children.

·       Foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to encourage repeat business.

·       Ensure that the kitchen and soft play area meet and where possible exceed the legal and company Health and Safety requirements.

·       Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the soft play area and cafe.

·       Explore partnerships with local schools, community groups, and businesses to increase awareness and attendance.

 

Hours

·       Currently open in line with school term dates, 09:00-14:30 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays.

·       Opportunities to potentially enlarge the offering and increase hours & dates throughout the calendar year.

 

Start Date

·       January 2025

 

Pay

·       Competitive hourly rate and will be discussed during the process.
