This May Bank holiday 2019 saw our U13’s travel up to Great Yarmouth to play in fun filled rugby tournament. This year’s theme was Safari and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The U13’s entered two mixed ability squads who were simply fantastic.

The weekend brought us some fantastic rugby from both teams in weather conditions that brought us all four seasons in just one morning!
Our boys won the entire tournament, coming both first and second, scoring in excess 250 points and conceding 40 points between them. Such is the strength and depth of this mighty age group which makes for an exciting future.
Sevenoaks U13’s on tour
Our penultimate match of the weekend put our squads against each other and in the true spirit of tour the boys decided to swap roles, with the forwards playing as backs and vice-versa. In a truly entertaining display of rugby both teams were absolutely equal and whilst one squad did narrowly win, we treated this exhibition match as a draw.
