Role:

2nd XV Team Manager

Overall purpose:

We are looking for an enthusiastic & passionate individual who wishes to become our 2nd XV Team Manager for Season 2024/25. 

This individual will become a key part of the Senior Squad management team and will provide best in class support and a professional match day environment to players and staff in our 2nd XV.

Context:

The Senior Squad operates as one squad, has over 60+ players and an extensive coaching, medical & performance teams who collectively work towards achieving our 1st XV & 2nd XV season objectives. 

Responsibilities – Match Day Only

·      Attend home and away 2nd XV matches on a Saturday during September-April.

·      Help prepare the changing room prior to the squads arrival time.

·      Prepare match day comms for the coaching & medical teams.

·      Prepare and manage the video tower & camera.

·      Manage the match day, warm up schedules, timings and equipment.

·      Manage and prepare waters throughout the match day.

·      Manage and provide the goal kickers tees throughout the match.

·      Prepare & manage the match balls throughout the match day.

·      Manage post game changing room shed duty & ensure all equipment is stored away after the match.

Remuneration is available for this position and will be discussed at interview stage.
