Sevenoaks RFC Senior Squad have been hard at work since the end of June, training three times a week at the Sevenoaks School Playing Fields.
Training numbers have been excellent, consistently numbering over 50 under the watchful eye of Head Coach Adam Bowman and his coaching team, including Strength and Conditioning coach Jonny Short.
